launch of commissioned artwork + fundraiser for palestine

join us for the first aerial afternoon back after summer break. for this one, we have commissioned nora adwan to create a beautiful limited editions print, which will be available to pick up for free (donations welcome) during the day. the posters have kindly been printed at pamflett, and there are only 100 copies, so be quick!
tea, coffee, cake and cookies will be available to purchase on a donation basis, with all proceeds going towards humanitarian aid in palestine.
about nora adwan:
nora adwan lives and works in norway. in her artworks she draws on different geographical contexts and personal experiences. her narratives are conveyed through a combination of poetry, fiction, and documentary, where translation and the shift in languages is used as central elements. she brings together photography, film, installation, prints and sound to convey splintered memories, stories and sensations.
